Vamsi Kurli is a Canadian author, filmmaker, and graphic designer with a passion for storytelling. Before focusing on writing novels, he created six independent short films, several of which were selected for film festivals and received awards.

 

Through filmmaking, Vamsi discovered that stories can be told in many different ways and that film is not the only way to bring a story to life. He now focuses on writing novels, allowing him to explore characters and stories in greater depth while giving readers the freedom to imagine the world for themselves.

 

Outside of writing, Vamsi continues to pursue his passion for creativity through filmmaking, graphic design, and supporting independent filmmakers through the Brampton Short Film Fest.
